More information would be very helpful here- if your project was to build a telescope, you might explore some of the issues you faced (e.g. lightpath length, desired resolution, etc.) For results, you could then explore the differences between the intended design and the actual performance of the instrument. I'm not an astronomer, but perhaps one way to do that would be to look at some distant objects to get an idea of your telescope's resolution- something like saturn's rings, known features on the moon or mars, Jupiter's moons, etc. I would think this discussion would make a fine results section.

Write what you know and write what you think you accomplished when you built this telescope. Or do more with the telescope than just build it. Study the stars or something!

Telescope

Believe me, I know what its like to wait for replies and it takes a while  , but to improve your experiment you need to do more than just build a telescope. Don't freak out when I say do mre with it! You need to look through it, study the stars with it, if you are interested in that type of stuff. But if that's not your interest, then I suggest doing a different experiment. Hope this helps! :D
