i need 2 find out the acid and/or base levels of these liquids: watre, carbonated water, orange juice, ammonia, and bleach. i also need to find out what cement mix is made ut of and how it reacts.

pH is the scale that is used to measure "acid/baseness." You can find the pH of many common substances on the internet or in textbooks. You can also test each liquid with pH paper to discover the pH of the given liquid.
Have you tried a Google search for the composition of cement? It varies greatly depending on what the cement is being used for. And, are you sure that you want to know about cement, and not concrete. There is a difference. I am not sure what you mean when you say "reacts." More clairification of you exact question is needed. I highly reccomend a Google search on the "composition of cement."
