I need to test breast milk<vs> baby formula for bacterial growth.
I need to know best method and what type of bacteria or other
organism to enter and what to look for under micro scope.

You may have some human/labortory sfety problems with a project like this. Talk to you science teacher about safety rules.

If you get approval talk with your local public health laboratory people about the types of cultures to use. The tests can be completed on a solid medium or in liquid culture. You do not need a microscope to collect data.

Once again check on the safety problems.
