Hi Breeyon, bacteria are everywhere! I assume you need to grow some bacteria in order to test the stains stored under different conditions, is this correct? For this type of experiment you would want to use a strain of bacteria that is well-colored by the stain, easy to grow, and most importantly safe for general use. If you explain your project in more detail I can try to provide some more specific suggestions.
Good luck!
