science fair project

Post by bwiker »

I have looked in what seems to be everywhere, found nothing, and I really hope you can give me an answer to my question, and I have to full page report on what I've done on my science fair project by next week!I'm freaking out a little bit, so I need to know, what are planaria's activities, and where can I find out more? The information would really help me a lot, so I thank you for the help.

These sites should get you started in finding information about planaria , and yo will be able to complete your report on time..

http://www.uen.org/stream/html/lesson3.html

http://www.bio-medicine.org/tag-2/planaria/
http://news.illinois.edu/news/06/0807planarian.html
I suggest a simple internet search using Google or Yahoo and such search terms – role of planaria, role of planaria in ecosystems, or planaria in biology.

Hi,

You can find out a lot by searching google.com for “planaria” or “planaria behavior“. Here are a few sites to get you started:

http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepage ... anaria.htm

http://www.zoo.utoronto.ca/able/volumes ... ollins.pdf

http://sdevoto.web.wesleyan.edu/182/rea ... manual.pdf

Here is an interesting paper on planaria learning and conditioned behavior:

http://www.drmichaellevin.org/Planaria/ ... ueller.pdf

This sounds like a fun project. Good luck with it!
