Electronic Game Project

Are there any other simple electronic game projects available other than the "Steady Hand" project? It should be suitable for a Gr8 student who is allowed a little help but should do most of the assembly himself. Kits are not allowed. Please help!

Electronic games and games in general are great demonstration projects but they are hard to convert into a good Science Fair Projects. See https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ndex.shtml Getting Started / The Scientific Method and the following items for how a good Science Fair Project progresses.

https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... E&from=TSW is a thought provoking challenge; however, it again is a demonstration unless you can figure out how to come up with a hypothesis. You could turn it into an implementation proof on the minimum number of switch contacts are needed but that turns it into a math proof.

Hi Laura - I wondered what project your student ended up doing and how it turned out? I know Craig posted a link to a suggested alternative project on the Science Buddies site. Let us know what you selected and how it went!
