Science project writing Hypothesis

I'm a 4th grade student. I did my science fair project wanting to find out how much salt needs to be added to tap water to make an egg float. Then I thought an egg would float in ocean water due to it being salt water. It didn't float without adding salt. I added less salt to the ocean water but it did need salt added. I need help with writing my Hypothesis. I've written the following for my Hypothesis and I'm not sure it's correct.

If I put an egg in plain tap water then the egg will sink. If I add salt to plain tap water then the egg will float. If I put an egg in ocean water then the egg will be suspended. If I add salt to ocean water then the egg will float.

Is that a good hypothesis or should I change it?

You've done a great job on your hypothesis. I can offer the following suggestions, though. First, it's good if your hypothesis sounds like you don't know the answer yet although I realize most hypotheses are written after the fact. As an example, here is how I might say part of your hypothesis in the science buddies method:

If I increase the salt conentration of water, at some concentration an egg will stop sinking and start floating.
