My child has to find research and conduct the actual experiment. Where does she begin?

Hi, What is your daughter's grade level? If she is able to understand this guide (maybe with your help) it is a good place to start:
http://www.sciencebuddies.com/science-f ... l?From=tab
If that is too advanced for her, you could sit down with her and talk with her about how she could find information (try some internet searches for "evaporation temperature") , and how she would design an experiment. If you get stumped, check back here and we should be able to help.
Good luck!
