subeject:traffic signals with sensor

i am a std 12th student(vocational electronics) i am writing this
letter because i want to make a project in collage for traffic lights.i want
to make sensor traffic light signal which means that the traffic should
be dectected by the sensor and the timings should be adjusted according
to the traffic for the one road and the other three roads should be
adjusted also.i want to also have the circuit diagram of the sensor
traffic control.the knowledge i have about the traffic lights is that a loop
is made at a distance of 10 to 12 vehicles in a straigt line and if
the traffic is on that loop the timing of the other three signal is also
adjusted and the road which is having more traffic is green for more
time.plz send me the details through mail or make it available in the efy
magzine as soon as u can.also write the working and all the requirement
needed for submission of any project of the signal and make it
affordable for me my budget is around RS800.plz send me a mail about the
