Hi martonp!

Please make sure that you have the right project, have the right project members, and have the right support team in place.

In particular (relating to the web page you reference), note the "difficulty" and "skills" at the start, and the text that follows "Experimental Procedure".

I'm not trying to scare you off, just add an element of realism.

Thanks.
Cheers!

Thanks. I can't switch projects anymore so i have to stick with this one. I just need some help with the website that the page tells you to go to. It tells you the raw codes and when you type the code into BLAST all this stuff ocmes up. I don't understand what that is.

I'm sorry I miserstood your post, and I'm sorry for the delay of this response.

Did you go to the BLAST FAQs:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/blast_FAQs.shtml?

If you did, did it help? If not, it's a thought.

Note: the FAQ web page can found via several clicks on the webpage you provided, and I just gave the FAQ reference above.
Cheers!
