growing bacteria

Im doing a science experimant involving bacteria. Im not yet growing it but still finishing up my research on it . I just need to know a few things. Like what temperture is best for bacteria to grow in. Im not growing anythink specific just anything that grows i'll use. I also need it by Friday the 18th by the end of the school day, 3:00. Please help!Also how long should agar sit, just until it jellofies :?:

Hi,

Most bacteria grow best at body temperature (37 C). See the following links for further info:
