I would like to perform a experiment regarding to the relationship between the 5 senses but failed to contruct a high school level experiment.
Could anyone be kind enough to give me some advice on creating such experiment?

Have you gone through the Science Buddies project ideas and topic selection wizard? You can also try searching for experiments on Google.
Here is one Science Buddies project idea that involves measuring hearing threshold. Perhaps you can combine this with some visual cues to examine the relationship between hearing and sight.

I have not heard of an experiment that incorporates all 5 senses together, but you could try combining some of the experiments from this website:
