Hello, I am a 7th grader making a science fair project about wind turbines and I have some questions, please help.
Question 1 What should I make the blades out of, a soft wood or a soft metal (aluminum foil)?
Question 2 How long should I measure the voltage of the energy produced by the blade?
Lastly thank you for your help, live long and prosper.

Have you read about the "scientific method" and "your question"? See the two links on https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ndex.shtml under Getting Started.
Knowing what you are attempting to test will help us to better answer your questions.
You also need to do some reading on electrical measurements and what they represent. "Voltage" and "Current" measurements are required to determine "Power" which must be measured over time to get "Energy". Depending on what you are actually trying to prove or disprove, a voltage measurement might not be enough.
