Hi, I am doing a science project that involves the use of E. coli bacteria. I have received my bacteria culture in test tube w/ broth. However, I do not plan on using the bacteria until 5 days later. So how do I store the bacteria? I read online (http://www.madsci.org/posts/archives/19 ... .Mi.r.html) that I should store the culture in a refrigerator set at 4 degrees Celsius. Is this correct?
Thank you for your help.
