Oscillating water column help please !!!!!
Please help with step 6 need another photo of computer fan connected to cap hub and more detailed directions please !!! I am working on the project call "Wily waves: Building am oscillating water column to create energy from ocean waves

Did you mean you need more help with step 9?
You didn't tell me very much about what kind of problem you are having, so I don't think I'll be able to help much.
What you need to end up with is the fan secured to the end of the PVC pipe that has the cap on it, and the cap needs a large hole in it for the air to get to the fan. You also need 4 smaller holes in the cap to use to screw the fan onto the cap end. You need the fan to be sealed to the cap with the gasket so air doesn't leak past the fan when you run your experiment.
