Re: Saline Solution
GraceMorris - A salinity of 0.9% is considered 'normal saline' or NS in medical and lab context. It consists of about 0.9 mg of NaCl (salt) to 100 ml of solute, or pure water. To dilute your 0.9% solution to achieve a 0.3% solution add two parts of distilled water to one part of your 0.9% solution.
