Well either project could be very interesting. Deciding on a science project could be the hardest part! Have you tried the topic selection generator? https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... deas.shtml. You can also browse through many other project ideas here too. I would suggest choosing a subject that you find fascinating and which you're excited to talk about.
