does anyone know of a good lab near dallas texas where I can do the electroporation procedure

Hi Aditya,
Chances are, there will be several labs with electroporators at nearby universities. I am not familiar with Dallas, but electroporators are common instruments and if you look into any lab that works with bacteria, chances are, they will have an electroporator. You may be able to contact a few professors at these universities, explain to them your project and ask if they might be able to provide you with some guidance and equipment support. Of course, it would be a rude to simply contact them and only ask to use their electroporator!
