Hello eromanows,
I can't really help with your question without more information. Did you read a report that claims running helps memory? If yes, can you supply a link?

Re: Life
Hi,
That's an interesting question. I used google to help me find more information about it. I searched " memory improvement with running" and found many great sites that explained how any exercise increases blood flow (carrying oxygen) to the brain and that extra oxygen to the brain helps with memory.
Can you try a google search too and let me know if you can't find any good sites to hep explain that further? I can help more if you need it.
