Hi, my son has choose to do this project and he is having a hard time starting it, and i really dont have a clue on what to do either. He is being asked for a variable, a outcome variable and 10 constants. The variable would be the iodine and soluble starch and the outcome would be to know whch OJ has more vitamin C by doing the trituration. We need 10 constants that will remain the same but we are kind of confuse.
