The Rubens Tube Results

Post by E Capatos »

Hello, I have just finished performing The Rubens Tube experiment. As my teachers have encourage me to interview someone, I would like to ask the following about the results of the experiment:

Why do the flames behave this way? (forming a wave-like shape depending on the sound being played)

What causes this?

And lastly, please if possible, can picture be used help explain the answers.

Please add a reference for me to credit the answers to.

Thanks so much!

You may wish to consult our instructional post on interview questions. An Expert may or may not be available to answer questions for an interview, but they will not answer questions that are considered research questions (or questions that ask, basically, "how does it work" or "what will happen").
