I need help with finding variables for my science fair project
My question for my science fair project is "What is light pollution and its impact to the environment? What is my independent, controlled, and dependent variable?

Welcome to Science Buddies,
What a timely and important project!
There is a section on "Constructing a Hypothesis" which has a good discussion of independent, dependent, and control variables:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ience-fair
Read those sections and let us know if you have more questions. Good luck!

Please do not post in more than one thread. We cannot track down all the questions and answers if you keep doing a new post each time. Be patient. We are trying to help.

Re: Need Help please
Do not keep posting multiple times. It only makes things more difficult for the volunteers who are trying to help answer questions. Broad, vague questions are impossible to answer. You need to decide on a hypothesis before you post. If you aren't sure how to do this, read the Scibuddies tutorial on writing a hypothesis for a science project: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... hypothesis
