Hey so I'm doing this project:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ic#summary
and I would like to know how knowing the outcome of carbon dioxide from aerobic and anaerobic yeast can help in your everyday life? (i would prefer answers that don't have to do with beer and wine making)
thank you!!

Re: Yeast Metabolism with and without Aeration NEED HELP ASAP
Hello DeemaaaO,
There are industrial fermentation processes that involve yeast but are not used to manufacture beverages. One example is production of ethanol from corn for use as a motor fuel. A variety of products ranging from polymers (plastics) to pharmaceuticals to food flavorings are made using fermentation processes (that may or may not employ yeast).
I hope this helps. Please ask again if you have more questions.
