I'm working on a project from sciencebuddies, The Radon detector (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... background) .
RCA phono jack connector is one of the materials required. It is listed in: http://www.avantlink.com/click.php?tt=c ... _159485_-1
I wanna know whether my DVD player's audio or video cable's phono jack can be used.
If not, Which one should I buy? Is there a separate version for this purpose?
are all RCA connectors the same?

Re: are all RCA connectors the same?
Hi yolo16,
The RCA connector from the project materials list is a standard panel mount jack. It should be the same as you'd find on a DVD player. My suggestion is to buy the RCA jack listed in the project.
I hope this helps. Please ask again if you have more questions.
