Help on CC motor and arduino H bridge programing elevator circuit

i have an elevator circuit that tells me what floor im on after pressing a button but the voltage isnt enough to activate the motor for the going up and down part of the elevator and i need help to get this to work in zync with the buttons pulses in order to work properly
