Hi there, I'm 4th year ME student and trying to understand and study some basics of my project which is named AI-based Black-box Model Generation and Learning on Vehicle Parking .
I worked and took a look on following project on the website.
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... escription
How I can proceed from now on ,I could not decide ? Now I understand that how a maze can be solved by Q-learning but have some troubles how this is gonna help me on my project. Could you help me with that and show a path for me so I can take that path to learn more and take a road on my project .
I really appreciate your answer and thoughts.
Cool Project

Re: Cool Project
Hi - These forums are really for K-12 students working on school projects. You may still find that the projects are helpful as you sort out your college project, but what you need to do next will depend on the requirements of your specific project.
The student AI projects at Science Buddies, like the maze-solving one you viewed that demonstrates reinforcement learning with the Q-learning algorithm, are designed to help students see how various algorithms work.
We recommend consulting other online sources or forums that may be able to help with specific questions you have.
Good luck with your project!

Re: Cool Project
For a college senior-level AI project, maybe the class you are taking has some recommended resources?
The student project here at Science Buddies (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... rning-maze) contains a few resources about Q-learning, linked in the bibliography. Be sure and check those out to get started doing additional research.
To dig deeper into Q-learning, a simple Google search does turn up a number of videos and websites. Have you tried checking some of those out?

Re: Cool Project
Yep I'm gonna definitely check out the bibliography and some more additional resources. Plus, the class I'm taking does not provide any resources etc. unfortunately me and my group are trying to learn those things are ourselves. I hope we gonna succeed at this project at the end.
Thanks for the help and wishing you health and happiness.
