I finished doing the bread board, and everything is in the right place, and my potentiometers are semtryical. But my robot is spinning in circles, still moving forward but it does so on circles. And I also bought the kit. Why does it do that?

Hi - have you gone through the FAQ for the project? https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... -robot#faq
If you have already done that, please post close-up, in-focus, well-lit pictures of your breadboard using the "Attachments" feature below, and we can help you troubleshoot. Typically this issue is due to one or more misplaced components on the breadboard.

Re: Build A Light Seeking Robot!
Hi - these pictures are too dim and blurry for me to make out the details of where things are connected on the breadboard. Can you please try uploading pictures with more lighting and make sure the breadboard is in focus?

Re: Build A Light Seeking Robot!
I had just noticed that the wheels are going opposite ways, so how can I fix the wheels?

Re: Build A Light Seeking Robot!
If one wheel is spinning backwards, simply reverse the red and black wires for that motor, and the wheel should spin forward. Otherwise it looks like your breadboard wiring is correct so that may be your only problem.
