Hi! My name is Alia and I'm a 12-year-old Grade 5 student from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I've been developing a theoretical concept for a Programmable Probiotic using E. coli Nissle 1917 as a cancer-targeting vector. I call her Karen 1917 (Singular: A Karen 1917, Plural: Karens 1917). I have a question for you. How do I stop the liver and spleen from filtering out 90% of my bacteria before they reach the tumor? I am worried about Hepatic Clearance and Kupffer cell phagocytosis. Should I use Capsular Polysaccharide (CAP) engineering to give her invisibility , or will that add too much metabolic burden and break my cage? This is my current research that is a bit of a failure right now because the liver keeps killing my Karens

(my poor Karens, what did they ever do) , but I really want you to check it out and answer my question while keeping it in mind:
(is this research on the right track?)
My Karens are currently failing and it's honestly a vibe kill so could you please help me if it's not too much... Thank you so much for your time!
