How to measure catalase activity in plants

Post by deleted-755088 »

Hi, I need some feedback on a science fair project idea that I have. My idea is still primitive and to be quite honest not the best but I need to decide on one, I want to test the effect of lead nitrate on catalase activity in sunflowers. I'm not entirely sure if this is even a solid idea because I'm confused about how I would even measure the catalase activity. Any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks!
