Question about DIY Mini Drone activity

Post by GiftedteacherLeoti »

The propellars are spinning and it looks like the drone wants to take off, but it doesn't. What should we adjust?

Does propeller size make a difference in whether drone lifts or not? Ours did not lift.

Hi - did you buy the Science Buddies kit or did you source your own parts? We tested a variety of propellers when designing the kit and specifically chose ones that we knew would lift off when combined with the specific motors in our kit. If you purchased separate propellers and motors on your own, we cannot guarantee that it will work.
