Drug Solubility

I am experimenting on which form of supplement (Liquigel, meltable, and hard shell) is the most efficient in delivering medication. What is a substance that I may use that is NOT unsafe to the human body and can be used in a non-laboratory environment that can mimic the stomach acid in the human body?
