Help making Agar Plates Help making Agar Plates I have been trying to make Agar plates for the last two weeks, and they do not want to solidify. The first time I tried making them, I left them undisturbed in a room at room temperature. C when I select the monitor there are no readings shown. What would I need to do next? Also, when I disconnect the robot from the usb it will not run? When it’s connected to the usb it will run.
