Question about lemon battery
Question about lemon battery
My son will be doing lemon batteries. He will be testing voltage from one lemon, then two, three and four in a series and then retesting each 3 times to get an average. Can I just add an additional lemon to each hook up for the tests? Basically, will I need to get 10 lemons (1+2+3+4) or just 4 per test… 30 or 12 overall? Thank you!

Maglev Train
Maglev Train
Does the 90° molding have to be clear plastic for the walls of the Maglev Train project? While searching it has been hard to find this at a decent price. We are able to find black plastic, white plastic and wooden molding all that fit the other requirements of 3/4 inch in-depth.
Re: Maglev Train
It doesn't need to be clear plastic, the clear plastic is just nice because you can see the train floating above the track from the side. Anything that serves as a wall to…

Help with Absorption of Radiant Energy project.
Help with Absorption of Radiant Energy project.
As I was working on this project, I noticed that it said to use the temperature of the white piece of paper as the surrounding temperature in equation 2. At first I was confused, as this means if you try to use equation 2 to calculate P for the color white, the result would be zero. I then realized that this was most likely due to the fact that the color white does not absorb any wavelengths of…

Most Sustainable Type of Desalination.
Hello!
Please select a desalination method for implementation in a city with a population of 200,000. The chosen desalination process should either be at a commercial level or have a credible trajectory towards commercialization within the next 100 years. If you choose a type of solar based desalination, you do not have to put "the city may not receive consistent sunlight" as that is not a problem in…

Problem with Arduino Solar BlueBot Robot
Posting on behalf of student
------------------
Upon assembling the kit and following the instructions we see the circuit is working properly as we can see the robot move in circles upon switching on the switch on the circuit board.
However we have a challenge when we connect Arduino via the provided USB cable to Arduino IDE 2.2.1 installed on my Windows 10 laptop.
We followed the video tutorial on 'how to use…
