Can you go deaf from listening to 20,000hz?
If you listen to a high frequency that you can't hear can you go deaf?

This is a website for science experiments, so you should clarify the purpose of your question next time. However, to answer your question, there would be some noise-induced hearing loss though I doubt that immediate deafness would occur.
