I am completing a project and am posing the question can fruit power a phone?? I am wondering If someone would be able to help me to know how to connect the energy to the phone

That statement is a little too broad - it's impossible to power a phone with ONE fruit. In theory if you had enough you could do it if you had enough. Here's another video as an example: https://youtu.be/a1D-fZP8qJk

You could still do this as a science project - it's OK to show why something DOESN'T work if you can explain it!
