Solving climate change

Post by JunWuYao »

I am joining this competition about solving climate change and i have this idea of using micro organisms to speed up the decomposition of plastics but i want to know how feasible this is since the discovery was quite recent.

Hello JunYuWao,
The Science Buddies "Ask the Expert" forum is for students in grades K-12 who are doing science projects. You are welcome to search in the Project Ideas for information on mechanisms for degrading plastic. Each project idea will have a background section with references which you might find helpful.
