Would having Nnfluid inside a tire keep the tire going

This is purely for scientific purposes only

I actually had an interesting idea. Let's just say a situation where your going to be using your car to run away but your trying to be stopped. In this situation your not caring about how bumby or uncomfortable the ride is, but let's just say you hit something that pokes a whole in your tire.

Now cornstarch and water and certain speed might create a wave effect with the centripetal force, but let's say 100 miles per hour. Would that speed be enough to make it solid Enough to keep the car going until it stops?

I'm having a really hard time seeing why not.
