Swimming Pool
Hi, i would like to test something about my swimming pool although i don't have any ideas. Could you help? It is a salt and chlorine filled pool which uses a cover when out of use. We also have solar heating. Do you have any suggestions of what i should test and my hypothesis.

Re: Swimming Pool
Hi gflynn,
One possibility is to build your project around the disinfection of water. There are several projects related to this in the Science Buddies list. Two examples are:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... infectants
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ated-water
Or you might want to browse the Science Buddies project ideas section for projects about solar heating or the heat capacity of water. Here are two more examples:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... heat-water
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... y-of-water
Also, there is a topic selection wizard that may help you with finding a great project topic:

I hope this helps. Please ask again if you have more questions.
