Chemistry Internal Assessment Lab Ideas (HELP)

Post by Tiffborg »

Hi! I am an IB Chemistry 12 SL student and I was planning to write my Chemistry IA on the effect of various ph levels as stain removers. My teacher told me that I need to use a certain method to measure the degree of stain removal. Is there any other way to do this other than using a colorimeter, densitometer, or spectrometer?

Hello,

For what it's worth I believe you're on the right track. I can't think of any other methods to measure the degree of stain removal.

Good luck!
