For my science fair project, i want to do something with biofuel efficiency. my ultimate goal would be to make them more efficient. right now, i have a couple of major problems that aer really hindering my project. these hinderances are:
1. i have one variable that could work (i was thinking of adding high calorie foods to biofuels to improve their efficiency)but i am looking for another variable. i have thought of yeast and/or alchohol but i dont know if those would work. HELP!!!
2. i have no way to test out the biofuel efficiency. my parents will not let me test them out on their car, and i can understand that. i have found a website that might enable me to order a kit to test out the biofuel's efficiency [url]http://www.herguth.com/capabilities/oil_analysis.htm
but i dont know if they have a kit that will do exactly what i need it to do. if so i need another way to test out the biofuels, and i cant think of one!
can anyone help me? i have already talked to various people, and they havent been able to help, so im counting on you!

Hi!
Biofuel efficiency is a really interesting topic to research. Testing biofuel efficiency can be quite a problem, especially without the proper equipment. I would suggest looking for kits online, as you have already started doing. Check out this link as well-

In addition, maybe you could look into a local lab that may be specialized in working with biofuels and testing. These links are also really interesting articles about your topic:

Hope this helps, good luck with your project!
