Where can I go with bioelectricity?
I can't think of any ideas that are complex enough for a project

Bioelectricity, or the electric current that is generated by living tissue falls under the topic of Biophysics, which is a very broad topic. People have wrote extensive literature on this, and have even tried to relate it to human behavior (do a google search to find out what I mean).
Have you though about what kinds of things you want to look at/investigate?
