I am in 5th grade and finishing up my science project diary.
The last part I need to finish is the "Science Content Statement". I know this comes from the information I have learned but am not sure how to complete this.
Is it actual infomation? The web sites and books I have read? I am not sure what goes here.........
Mom also does not know.

Science Content Statements that I was familiar with were in syllabus and science fair judging criteria. If this is for a science fair project, it looks like participants are starting to be asked to provide them. Maybe this is to help the judges do their job?
Try reading the section in: http://209.85.165.104/search?q=cache:NV ... cd=7&gl=us which I found by entering "Science Content Statements" and looking through what google found.
Please ask your teacher to help you out as this would be something specific to the requirements for your science project.

It looks to me that the "Science Content Statement" is the same thing called "Review of Literature" on the ScienceBuddies web site. Take a look at https://www.sciencebuddies.org/mentorin ... plan.shtml https://www.sciencebuddies.org/mentorin ... tion.shtml and https://www.sciencebuddies.org/mentorin ... aphy.shtml
