oh please help me figure this out ASAP!!!!

OK, my science fair project is "which vegetable can power a clock the longest?" But my partner is the only one who knows how to do it, and she had to go out of town on a family emergency and I can't get in touch with her at all, and the project is due soon and i have no idea how to do it! I have researched just about everywhere but I can't find any instructions for this! Any help would be very greatly appriciated!
