Influenza Vaccines/Virus project websites

Hello,

I am doing a project on influenza viruses and vaccines. I need two websites, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/FLU/FLU.html and http://morag.umsmed.edu/blast/wblast2_cs.html. The problem is that both websites do not work. Is there a problem going on within the website or is it my computer.

The NCBI database comes up just fine for me, but the 'blast two sequences' site is giving me a 'connection timed out' error. Here's an alternative website for that one: http://www.bru.licr.org/blast/wblast2_cs.html .
