Abstract and research paper

Okay.So as i was writing down my homework I see that it says: "Research Paper and Abstract due on Friday" I panic.What will I do? I have nothing prepared!!!!! I really need A LOT of help what do I put on my research paper and on my abstract.I am totally lost in that topic.
