Hi yashpadhye,
Have you seen our project guide or topic selection wizard? They're usually a good place to start:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ndex.shtml
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... gister.php
If you have any questions or need help refining an original project idea, let us know. I noticed that you posted in a few different forums -- you'll get the best results by posting in the forum that corresponds to both your grade level and the subject area of the project you're thinking of. 'Preparing for the science fair' is oriented toward displaying your data, writing a report, and preparing a to be interviewed during the science fair, all after you've finished collecting data.
Best wishes,
Amanda

If the topic selection wizard didn’t identify anything interesting, try the project ideas that are listed by categories here: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... deas.shtml
Find a category that looks interesting and dig in.
