Hello,
Can anyone point in the right direction of where to find completed projects or experiments dealing with solutions. I need to do a literary review of two projects that are similar to mine, How long does it take sugar to dissolve in water at room temperature. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Completed projects for literary review
Hello perkpala,
The rate at which sugar will dissolve depends on several things other than the temperature. For example, how fine the sugar is granulated, how uniform the temperature is and whether the solution is stirred. What would you use as a comparison for your test?
If you want to explain your project more fully, maybe I could make a more useful comment.

Re: Completed projects for literary review
Hi, perkpala,
I found a couple of other sites, but they're pretty much the same as the ones posted above by Mr. Neu. Additionally, they're not exactly literary reviews. They're set-ups and demonstrations, so finding actual papers proves somewhat difficult for this particular topic. Nevertheless, I would suggest a quick Google search (perhaps with the words "college chemistry sugar solutions"), if you haven't already done so, to see if you might find anything else. Good luck!
