Assuming i win the county/regional and i go to the state and compete. Then next year can i compete again (assuming i win the county/regional again with a different project)?

Great to see you planning ahead. Of course, as you stated, you must be qualified to CSSF by an affiliated fair which will have entry criteria as well that must be met. However, according to the 2012 eligibility rules, link below, there is no restriction on entering again in a following year. In fact, rule 5 states you can enter the same project again, provided there has been significant additional research completed (i.e. isolated and studied a completely different variable/parameter of the same project/subject).

Bottom line, I don't see anything that should stop anyone from entering over and over again until they graduate grade 12. Be advised, that rules can change from year to year, so be sure to check periodically to ensure you and your project meets ALL stated criteria. The worst is to work so hard only to be DQ'd for some tiny little thing that could've been avoided.
