Hello,
I am trying to start my project on how to determine the vitamin c on cooked potato. the material needed to determine the vitamin c is iodined based chemical which i asked my teacher to help me get but she is not..... can you please let me know what kind of iodine my mom went to the pharmacy and they are ordering one for her but it is the same or not what else would i need to determine the vitamin c.

It requires idodine based chemicals what kind of iodine will mesure vitamin c
is there different kinds, would i have to mix it with starch mixture and H2S04 sulfuric acid. how would i do that ?
