Pyrotechnics

Post by Stuart Herndon »

Dear Expert,
I am not sure if you will be able to help me, but i was thinking that i would like to burn some things in experimentation, and hopefully benefit my knowledge, do you have an idea for experimenting with highly reactive materials?

Stuart,

You can post multiple messages in a single thread so the forum doesn't get cluttered (courtesy to others as well). Anyway, one idea I have is to burn different kinds of food e.g. high calorie content vs low calorie content and measure the relationship between the time it takes to burn and the calorie content of the particular food.

BTW, burning things can be very dangerous and it's definitely a good idea to have adult supervision and help.
